Core are delighted to announce that we have been named as a FastTrack Ready partner by Microsoft, joining a community of only 80 partners globally who hold FastTrack Ready status. This means that we can deliver enhanced Microsoft FastTrack benefits to eligible customers.
The Microsoft FastTrack partner programme is a resource exclusively for Microsoft partners. We have worked with the FastTrack team for some time, but our new status gives us enhanced privileges and benefits, which our customers will also directly benefit from.
As a FastTrack Ready partner, Core can access technical support and other useful resources from Microsoft around the implementation of Office 365 and other programs. These make the migration and implementation of Office 365 even more efficient and stress-free for our customers, and gives us the fastest lines of communication with Microsoft to resolve any issues which may arise. Our FastTrack Ready status also means that customers get better value for money during the implementation of Office 365, and lower overall adoption costs.
Communication and engagement is also now simplified for our clients. Previously, customers liaised with both the FastTrack team and Core regarding their project. Now, customers can liaise solely with Core and discuss any aspect of their project with us, while still enjoying the expertise and support of the FastTrack team. This makes communication more streamlined and efficient, with both parties aligned behind the project to ensure we deliver the best possible service to the customer.
Our FastTrack partnership will also support and enhance the implementation of any Office 365 or EMS product set, including Exchange Online, SharePoint online, Skype for Business, OneDrive, Yammer, Intune, Azure, Active Directory and Windows 10.
Core are proud of our status as a FastTrack Ready partner, and are looking forward to sharing the benefits of our status with our customers. The program is an invite-only, closed scheme, with relatively few partners holding FastTrack Ready status worldwide.
