Today Microsoft announced the availability of the latest release of Microsoft Dynamics CRM - CRM 2016

Jujhar Singh, General Manager, Microsoft Dynamics CRM and new leader of Microsoft's CRM Business Applications group, said: "The new release is not only our most comprehensive ever, but it also represents a huge leap forward in our journey to deliver intelligent customer engagement."

"Our strategy is clear: to enable organisations to personalise customer experiences – engaging customers at the right time, in the right place and with the right content; to give them the tools to be more proactive, and to empower them with the intelligence to be able to predict trends and identify patterns -- to know what the customer needs and wants before they do."

The new and enriched features include instant document generation in Word and Excel using CRM data; seamless customer service capabilities through Unified Service Desk; and capabilities for intelligent working across all departments, from suggesting cross-sells for Sales, to presenting recommended knowledge articles to Customer Service.

A more detailed look at what CRM 2016 has to offer can be found in Core's article on the features and benefits of the new release.
