Aurora Update

The Aurora Identity Management platform will be getting a refresh in Q1/A2 2016, with a range of new software versions. New features that will be user visible are:

  • ability to reset password via their Defender token + PIN, instead of the Questions and Answer profile. This will increase security to prevent social engineering attacks around Q&a profile data.
  • new Admin and User Self Service portal look and feel. Th new version is HTML5 compliant and will work better on 'modern browsers' and mobile phones.
  • performance improvements to co-authoring to allow more concurrent co-authors.

Search Refiners in Outlook Web App (OWA)

Search refiners in Outlook Web App allow users to filter their search results faster. When a user types a new search query, a menu appears below the search bar with a list of options to refine the search results by sender, date, folder, and attachments.
