On Friday 3rd March, we had the pleasure of gathering some of the most relevant membership professionals within the sector to introduce the new features of Dynamics 365 and highlight the benefits of Core's Membership solution. As part of the seminar, Core were delighted to welcome NetXtra and ARCA – The Asbestos Removal Contractors Association - to speak and share their insights.
Core opened the seminar by inviting all attendees to discuss the challenges they are currently facing, giving our team a better understanding of their needs so we could address them throughout the session. We demonstrated Core's membership platform utilising Dynamics 365 and how it can be used to answer many of the membership challenges faced by attendees.

Many membership bodies were particularly interested in Core's modules, which personalise the CRM platform and give the user a more exclusive navigation experience. One of the key points to take away from the seminar, was that a future-proof system is vital. An additional highlight, was the knowledge delivered by our MVP, David Jennaway, who answered questions throughout the day around the best way to maximise the potential of Dynamics 365.
